well decorated room, charming old-world character, beautiful gardens
The lift out of order made access inconvenient!!! The comfort tray in the room was sparse and not replenished, leaving me wanting more essentials!!! Rooms need better soundproofing to avoid disturbances from events!!!

We had a lovely two-night stay in a cozy twin room, enjoying a delicious breakfast and a great dinner on the first night. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding with a drink, and the beautiful garden area was a lovely escape. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from a nearby event, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

Beautiful gardens and exceptional staff
I recently spent two nights in a Superior Double Room and the entire experience was delightful. The gardens are absolutely stunning and the perfect spot for enjoying a drink or snack in peace. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic, which could be quite disruptive at times.

the location was excellent and the garden terrace was super nice. breakfast was really good with a nice variety. staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. our room was spacious and comfy, which was a plus. overall it was a pretty good stay for our family!
however, the traffic noise from outside was very annoying and kept us up at night. also, there were a few things in the room that could've used some fixing up.
